Philips wanted to be able to access management information in the People Performance Management System. QNH designed and implemented the various components.Insight into consumers and their preferences is one of the main drivers behind the success of Philips Consumer Lifestyle products.
It also meets the strategic CRM objective of Consumer Intimacy. In this context Philips has set up a global CRM environment, in which customer and contact details, among other things, are compiled for analysis and campaign purposes. A Data Quality project was initiated to optimise the quality of the data. Vision and knowledge are required in this field. To meet the specific requirements Philips tackled the project together with QNH and IntoDQ. QNH took care of the project management, the architecture and implementation, using Trillium as a Data Quality platform. On 5 October 2009 the project was nominated for the DDMA DataQuality Award 2009.
