QNH defined an enterprise architecture for Eneco and translated in into principles that are consistent with the new Market Model for the energy market in 2010. Capacity Rate, Supplier Model, Meter Market Model, Central Connection Register elements were all addressed as part of the Stroomopwaarts (‘Full Power Ahead’) programme. New processes, systems and applications were implemented and the business, architects and IT were aligned.
