oogDuring the Career Event, Young Colfield top talent Amber Paassen was offered a 2-year employment contract on the spot. Amber Paassen - a graduate of the Rotterdam College as well as the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam - received from Young Colfield, in the presence of all visitors at the Career Event in Utrecht, a traineeship offer that she can put to good use over the next two years, gaining different experiences at three leading companies.

 

Bart Kollau of Young Colfield: "The War for Talent has begun! Many baby boomers will be retiring in the not-too-distant future: 1.2 million people in the Netherlands alone will go into retirement over the next 10 years. This means that organisations have to invest significantly in young talent in the coming years. About the Career Event

The Career Event is organised by Nobiles Media, which is part of Telegraaf Media Nederland. The event takes place in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht and focuses on highly-educated students, starters and professionals. Maximum access to the fair floor can be guaranteed through a select programme and a specific and mass media campaign via the different departments of Telegraaf Media Nederland, such as: Nobiles Media, SP! TS, Vacaturekrant.nl, Carp.nl, De Telegraaf, Yourfuture.tv, HDC Media, Holland Combinatie and Sky Radio.
