muziekbloemOver the last week, Monuta has made the move towards joining a 'social' group.  As an innovative funeral insurance broker, Monuta and QNH will start interacting with their focus group on Facebook. Successfully by all accounts; all 378 people took part in the Monuta Muziekwens in the first 11 days.

 

Last week saw the launch of the Monuta Muziekwens gadget. An application that Facebookers can use to search for and share with their friends the music they want played at their funeral: "Louis Armstrong - What a Wonderful World, that's what my farewell sounds like!".

Sandra Merchant, online business manager at Monuta, "at Monuta, we want to help people make their funeral as personal as possible. We want to convey this to the focus group, but activate it right away as well. Start using it right away and save your funeral wishes to personalise your funeral."

 

On the current Monuta website, visitors can easily put together and save their funeral wishes. Monuta and QNH translate this functionality to social networks and do so by placing the emphasis on funeral music, an accessible topic.

 

Funeral music is a social issue on which everyone has an idea. Funeral music raises discussions and at the same time confirms the image of the poster. A perfect match with the character of a social network like Facebook.
